2005 WVU Men's Basketball Highlights

Character....heart...and class...all defined the 2005 West Virgina University men's basketball team. From coaching staff to players, this group of Mountaineers represented WVU with the fight wvu coliseum and pride of a true champion. By putting together a six-week run to cap off the season, the 2005 Mountaineers boldly went where no WVU men's basketball team has been in 46 years. Along the way, the world of college basketball found out what Mountaineer basketball was about.
